Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of Singapore Judo Federation (the "SJF") will be held on Saturday, 28 September 2024 at 10.00 a.m. at SJF Secretariat Office at 1 Guillemard Crescent, Singapore 399913.

AGENDA

1. Approve the minutes of the previous annual general meeting held on Saturday, 30 September 2023.

2. Receive the annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2024 ("FY2024").

3. Receive and approve the audited financial statements for FY2024.

4. Approve the appointment of SB Tan & Co as auditor of SJF.

5. Approve application to be admitted as Full Member of SJF.

6. Any other matters.

Full Members who wish to table a resolution for the General Meeting's approval at the AGM must notify the Secretary General in writing by sending an email to singaporejudofederation@gmail.com and secgen@sjf.sg on or before 14 September 2024.
